All the electrical components are certified by an NRTL such as UL, CSA or ETL

  • "Wet Mix" Water or Oil
  • Immersion separator
  • Designed for the Recovery and INERTIZATION of Metal Dust, such as Aluminum, Magnesium, Zirconium and other commercial alloys, into a Liquid Immersion Bath
  • Coalescing Filter Element (CFE) for moisture removal
  • HEPA filter with an efficiency of 99.995% at 0.3 micron. Tested IEST-RP-CC001. H14 by MPPS method as per EN 1822 and OSHA compliant. All of our HEPA vacuum systems are aerosol leak tested before leaving our facility - included
  • Continuous duty single phase or 3-phase (TEFC) motor. This induction motor does not contain normally arcing components
  • Stainless steel Type 304 interceptor tank
  • Recovery capacity of 33 lb (15 kg) of dust into 11.8 gal. (45L) of neutralizing liquid
  • Heavy duty powder coated cart
  • Equipped with a liquid level indicator
