Features
- Designed for the safe capture of dust particles, VOC's, fumes, or gases used in or created by the process of traditional hand or automated welding. Group E version available for metal dust recovery
- Filtration system consists of:
- Alumimum-framed V-Bank style HEPA filter with 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 micron
- Mesh pre-filter that acts as a spark trap
- 12 activated carbon cartridges for the adsorption of fumes and VOC's
- Low pressure, high flow rate
- Heavy duty stainless steel Type 304 construction
- Heavy duty wheels and swivel castors. 2 wheels equipped with brakes. All 4 wheels are conductive
- Handles for ease of movement
- Easy access to filters
- With "Bag-Out" encapsulated removal of the HEPA filter
- Low center of gravity to prevent tipping
- Continuous duty single phase or 3-phase (TEFC) explosion proof/dust ignition proof motor
- Thermal overload protection for motor
- Optional dust extraction arm available
