High Efficiency Cyclone (HEC). Pre-separation system for fine dust using the cyclone for inertial separation
High quality stainless steel Type 304 construction and compatible with the Pharmaceutical and Food industries

This mobile separation system is assembled on a 4-wheel cart (4W) and has been designed for the pharmaceutical and food industries
A conductive poly liner for the recovery tank is available as an option
We have designed this pre-separator unit specifically for the recovery of combustible dust (such as flour, rubber, plastics, etc) that are typically found in Class II – Division 1 – Groups F & G hazardous locations. This pre-separator must be used in conjunction with a vacuum cleaner that is NRTL certified for use in hazardous locations
P/N 112303 (with 2" outlet) is intended for use with Tiger-Vac Vacuum Systems producing up to 200 CFM of airflow
P/N 112303-32 and P/N 112303-37 (with 3" outlet) are intended for use with Tiger-Vac Vacuum Systems producing airflow between 200 CFM and 295 CFM
