All Tiger-Vac`s Lead abatement vacuums have a minimum of four stages of filtation, filter bags & polyliner for safe and efficient handling of recovered materials. Our polyester main filter is washable and comes complete with a HEPA filter. These units can also be used in conjunction with dustless hand tools.

Made of heavy duty plastic. This unit includes a true HEPA Filter (H14) located upstream of the motor. This unit is designed for the recovery of lead, asbestos, silica and other toxic/nuisance dusts. Equipped with a 4-stage filtration system which consists of a HEPA Filter, main filter, disposable filter bag and foam exhaust filter. The disposable filter bag allows for easy and safe disposal of recovered materials. All of our HEPA vacuum cleaners are Aerosol Leak Tested before leaving our facility.

A HEPA filter is a type of air filter, which means it filters the air coming in or out of the vacuum cleaner system. It can remove at least 99.99% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and any other airborn particles with a size of 0.3 micron or larger.
North-America: Each HEPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.99% on 0.3 micron. Tested as per IEST-RP-CC001.3.
Europe: Each HEPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.995% on 0.3 micron, rated H14 as per EN 1822 by MPPS method.
