ULPA - Ultra Low Penetration Air Filter

A ULPA filter is a type of air filter. It can remove at least 99.999% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and any other airborn particles with a size of 0.12 microns or larger.

North-America: Each ULPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.999% on 0.12 micron.  Tested as per IES-RP-CC001.3.

Europe: Each ULPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.9995% on 0.18 micron, rated U15 as per EN 1822 by MPPS method.

MRP - Manual Reverse Purge System

MRP The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) System allows the operator to not have to open the vacuum cleaner in order to clean the Cartridge. By opening the Reverse Purge Atmospheric Pressure Release Valve the Cartridge is automatically purged of dusts. This Purging System reduces maintenance down time.

The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) works by :

1 - Closing the slider on the opening to block the suction intake orifice for approximately 5 seconds while the vacuum is running.

2 - Then quickly open Purge Valve. Air is now flowing via the valve through to the filter.

Keep Purge Valve open for 1-2 seconds then close (repeat above steps 2 or 3 times).

Reverse Purge System will cause dust to fall off of the filter.

RPS - Reverse Pulse System

RPS

  • Automatic filter cleaning system that helps remove caked-on dust from the filter.
  • Pulsed air is blown from the inside towards the outside of the filter at a regular frequence.
  • User can adjust the interval between the two cleaning cycles.
  • Pneumatically (air) operated.

MRP - Manual Reverse Purge System

MRP The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) System allows the operator to not have to open the vacuum cleaner in order to clean the Cartridge. By opening the Reverse Purge Atmospheric Pressure Release Valve the Cartridge is automatically purged of dusts. This Purging System reduces maintenance down time.

The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) works by :

1 - Closing the slider on the opening to block the suction intake orifice for approximately 5 seconds while the vacuum is running.

2 - Then quickly open Purge Valve. Air is now flowing via the valve through to the filter.

Keep Purge Valve open for 1-2 seconds then close (repeat above steps 2 or 3 times).

Reverse Purge System will cause dust to fall off of the filter.

RPS - Reverse Pulse System

ULPA - Ultra Low Penetration Air Filter

A ULPA filter is a type of air filter. It can remove at least 99.999% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and any other airborn particles with a size of 0.12 microns or larger.
